When to use our service?
Our team can offer support at any stage a person is affected by cancer. This can be at diagnosis, during and after treatment.
How to use our service?
We accept referrals for all people affected by cancer who live in Angus, Dundee and Perth & Kinross.
Our central administration hub is hosted by Dundee Health And Social Care Partnership but our link workers are local with excellent knowledge of available local supportive care services.
