We want to hear your views about what is important to you and the people you care for.
You can help shape the development of a plan for Supporting Adults with a Learning Disability and Adults with a Learning Disability and Autism in Dundee. The Plan is due to be complete in August 2022.
Members of the Engagement Group for the plan would like to visit your group to hear your views. We can do this online or in person if your group are already meeting.
Please let us know if we can meet you before the end of May 2022.
We have developed a survey for people with a Learning Disability and people with a Learning Disability and Autism in Dundee. We expect that people may need help to discuss this survey and hope carers and the workforce will support and encourage them to share their views. The survey is currently in a document format which can be downloaded from here
Instructions for completing and returning the survey. You have 2 options.
- 1. Using a computer or other device
- You should download the survey
- You can type on your downloaded copy
- You should save your answers
- You can return the document with your answers by attaching it and to an email to joyce.barclay@dundeecity.gov.uk
- Or you can type on the document, print it and send by post or scan or copy it to add to an email.
- 2. Using a printed paper copy of the survey document

- Write your answers
- Post your answers to the address below or
- Scan or take a photo of your answers and email to joyce.barclay@dundeecity.gov.uk
