NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, under the above regulations that copies of the Unaudited Accounts of the Dundee Integration Joint Board for the year to 31 March 2019, will be available (free of charge) for public inspection in the office of the Chief Financial Officer of the Dundee Integration Joint Board during the period from 1 July 2019 to 19 July 2019. Please note office opening hours are between 8.30am to 5.00pm on any weekday. A copy of the accounts can also be viewed from here during the above period.
Any person interested may inspect this document and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts relating thereto, other than those claimed to be of a confidential nature. Should a person inspecting the accounts and documents wish to be provided with copies, these will be provided free of charge.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN, that any person interested in doing so may object to the accounts, or any part of those accounts, by sending his or her objections in writing, together with a statement of the grounds thereof, to the auditor by not later than 22 July 2019. The auditor appointed to audit the accounts is Fiona Mitchell-Knight, Assistant Director, Audit Services, Audit Scotland, 4th Floor South Suite, The Athenaeum Building, 8 Nelson Mandela Place, Glasgow, G2 1BT. Any objection(s) should be sent to the auditor at the above address and copied in writing to the Chief Financial Officer of the Dundee Integration Joint Board together with any other officer of the Dundee Integration Joint Board who may be concerned both at the address below.
The auditor shall, if requested by the person objecting, the authority, or by any officer of the authority who may be concerned, afford to that person or authority or officer, as the case may be, an opportunity of appearing before and being heard by the Auditor with respect to that objection, either personally or by a representative.
