The Partnership is required to publish an Annual Performance Report which assesses how well it has planned, overseen and delivered its health and social care services. This is the first year that we have published an annual report. The report reflects on what we have achieved and the challenges that we have faced during 2016/17, as well as looking forward to our priorities for next year.
