The Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership Strategic Commissioning Plan 2019-2022 was published earlier this year. We have now published a short leaflet to tell you more about the plan.
The leaflet provides information about the plan on 4 pages and describes the main priorities that we want to improve to support our vision that ‘Each citizen of Dundee will have access to the information and support that they need to live a fulfilled life.’
